Feline Exercise & Wellness Movement Play and Freedom.

As experts have said, a happy cat is an active cat, full of play & curiosity, displaying their keen senses & agility. This means freedom of movement, being able to be agile, having the space to move, having space to jump, having space to run, to stretch out. Being able to explore and be curious are forms of mental exercise. Of these things mentioned that cause feline anxiety, loneliness, depression & weight gain & control, and ultimately their happiness, the great antidote is a tranquil environment & freedom of movement.

At Absolutely Precious Feline Boutique & Cattery, our Exercise Programs are designed and tailored to your feline’s health needs, whether for weight control or to stimulate a more active lifestyle. To break the inactivity & boredom, we use encouragement methods such as games, treats, the clicker System, and repetition methods to encourage feline & cat owners’ engagement, never forcing an exercise routine. There’s a time for play and time not to play or sleep; we honor that.

Cat Leash Walking – A great way to exercise your cat. Once trained to walk on a leash, most cats love it. This takes time and patience from the trainer & owner.

Exercise Wheel -or-Flat Tread Mill. Exercise on the treadmill or the exercise wheel; cats love them when properly trained, and once they know how it works. They go right to It. Rates are based on time. Owner supervised; 1 Hour = $35.00. Under Trainers supervision; 1 Hour = $45.00. Exercise Wheels are available for rent or sale at our Feline Boutique Cattery.

Swimming – Cats love the water, especially Main Coon Linage. But not all cats enjoy the water. We use warm water and a life vest under constant supervision; this is a gradual process that is never forced. Either cat Loves to swim or not.

Holding your Cat – This session gives the owner training on how to hold their cat. Not all cats like to be held. There is a correct way to hold your cat. Your cat may reject you holding them because of the way you’re holding her. Our trainers show you the correct way to handle your cat.

Backpack your Cat – Backpacking makes your cat feel comfortable being placed in a backpack for walks outside or anywhere.

Outdoor Adventures for a Happier Healthier Feline.

Outdoor Play – The antidote for a bored feline is the great outdoors. Being able to explore the extraordinary is not only physically stimulating but also mentally stimulating as well.

Each feline at our Boutique & Cattery is assigned a specific trainer to concentrate on the cats’ training & progress & to interact with the owner to help in the learning process. The training doesn’t stop once the cat leaves. The owner must follow the trainer’s recommended suggestions to make the owner’s cat stay on point with the requested behavior adjustments. Cats are difficult learners, and it is important for the trainer and the feline owner to work together for the best results.
